1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing this website or booking our services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Service Usage
This website provides information, planning tools and a way to request quotes and consultations. The visitor planner and home illustrations give rough figures for planning only. Any work we carry out is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price and timing.
3. User Responsibilities
Please give us accurate details, safe access to the property, and prompt notice of any changes. Pets, valuables and fragile items should be secured before we arrive.
4. Pricing and Payments
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the document. Payments follow the schedule in your agreement. Additional work is only performed after you approve a written change order.
5. Scheduling
Start dates are confirmed once your agreement is signed and materials are secured. Weather, permit offices and supply delays can shift dates. We'll always tell you as soon as we know.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
We guarantee our workmanship as described in your agreement and pass on manufacturer warranties for products we install. Normal wear, misuse or damage caused by others is not covered.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Termination Rights
Either party may end an agreement with written notice for a material breach. You remain responsible for work completed and materials already ordered up to that point.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Travis County unless we agree otherwise in writing.
